Implement blocking full conditioning of canvas, avatar, and formatname
Description
All 3 are heavily used outside of profile. When they are not available it causes rendering issues in several locations. Instead of displaying nothing when these are conditioned away canvas and avatar should fallback to rendering default canvas and avatar image while formatname should render as normally except not be linked to users profile.
