Currently default parameters are set during privacy object construction. This should be replaced with a parent params object. Our params class can already handle checking the parent if the param doesn't exist within a params instance itself. This significantly reduces the amount of data stored between page loads as well since we only need to store and pass the params that differ from defaults.
