Improve comment notification links
Description
Comment notifications just link directly to the comment, but it doesn't really help since it's completely out of context. It needs to link to the source of the comments stream. So for example this could be a Joomla article, an activity stream entry, etc.. This should be somewhat doable in the template code for comment notification display below.

Implement support for asset context processing and stored notification links. The context processing allows comment notifications to link back to their sources better.
