Description

Webkit browsers aren't calculating the initial width correctly and it's falling back to the fallback width. Easiest fix maybe to just set a minimum width that's larger enough to cover the available options.

These are slowly being replaced with ajax modal dropdowns instead of select2 usages. This has fixed any of their weird display issues.
