Implement media share links
Description
Implement support for generating a public share link. Only the owner and moderators should be allowed to generate the share link. Everyone should be able to use the share link though. The share link should be stored in the database as a hash to point to a specific media entry. The public share link will bypass privacy and access checks (this should be made clear it is as PUBLIC share link).

The share link can also be deleted by the profile owner or moderator and will result in it no longer pointing to that media entry.
