Several integrations payment status checks are not specific enough
Description
CBSubs Fields, CBSubs AcyMailing, and CBSubs GroupJive are just checking for $status of A, but it needs to also check $cause to be sure it's a activation status as result of payment as something can have a status of A with a cause of Pending for example and that should not trigger these integrations.
