Description
Plan prices are not validated before storage. This can result in empty string trying to store in a decimal database column, which is not allowed and will cause a fatal query error. The ->check function of cbpaidItem should be sure rate and first_rate are valid decimals and probably the XML for those two need adjusted as well so validation can also be done client side.
