Improve translations of payment type and support for custom payment type

Description

When paying an offline basket the payment type value is stored then in frontend the value is display. It should be displaying the label for the selected payment type and translate it instead of showing the value.

In addition to this implement a dropdown option for "Custom" where you can supply a custom text payment type.
