Implement support for Invite Code field to display the name of the user that invited them when displayed on profile

Description
This should show the linked formatname of the user who invited the displayed user. If accessed with a raw substitution it should return the user id allowing for a lot of new usecases regarding whom invited the user.
- Target version changed from 5.0.1 to 5.1.0
Is a new field for this necessary? Just use the existing Invite Code field and give it a profile display of this.
