Description

Improve this to be a full redirect component replacement. This will allow redirects to be database stored instead of heavily stacked in a parameter. In addition to this add extra features like multiple from URLs (e.g. redirect these 6 URLs to this 1 URL), substitutions (if CB is installed), and more.

Maybe don't? This is just a 404 redirect plugin. Maybe consider renaming it to that effect (e.g. CB 404 Redirects) and have the full redirect component behavior in CB SEO where it likely belongs.
