Implement backend management of custom activity
Description
This should simply be an aid in generating the custom activity template files and copying over their boilerplate. This way with 1 click you can start making your custom activity layouts or overrides. The editor would just be a file editor for the PHP file.

Should be accessible from a button on the Activity backend page toolbar. Also have a link/button to quickly generate these while editing an activity entry or maybe on the activity table view.
