Description

If Radar isn't configured correctly or a JS error occurs the 3DS won't be checked during the JS usage. The result is the payment intent is stuck in a requires_action status. Check for this server side as a failsafe to make sure the 3DS redirect will take place even if the JS popup is dismissed or fails to open.
