Selecting a parent plan with non-exclusive child plans causes child plan selection
Description
Child plans should only be selected on parent plan selection if the parent plan contains an exclusive child plan. If the child plans are non-exclusive it shouldn't auto-select any of them. Seams like minor JS issue not properly checking if the selector is a radio or a checkbox.
