Implement support for directly linking to a media entry

Description
The easiest approach is to probably just render the modal window inline. Another option is to render the gallery view then using JS force click the relevant media entry.
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
The display view will now just show the modal contents inline if accessed without &format=raw. Menu and modal close dropdowns are disabled in this view.
