Implement support for Google Vision
Description
This would add some auto moderation features to content to check for violate, nude, etc.. related material and either add a flag to the post, reject it, or just notify moderation.

Needs to support scanning any media shared through CB Gallery when uploaded to a stream as well. Note this will only apply at time of post and at no other point so it's not 100% guaranteed, but can greatly reduce spam or inappropriate content for sites that need this level of protection.
