Plan Options: price selection substitution does not work if IF statements for price options
Description
When conditioning price options with an IF substitution these fail due to the way CBSubs substitutions are handled. For example the following does not work.
[cb:if PLAN_OPTS_PRICE="1yr"]359[cb:else]117[/cb:else][/cb:if]
The need for this is to allow explicit override of prices based off price/duration selection.
