This can happen during an upgrade process where current subscribed plans is already creating a valid plan combination. If the user accidently selects a radio plan they can't unselect it. They however need to remain as radio as they're meant to be exclusive within their group. So some JS is needed to allow unselecting them to prevent needing a page reload to clear their selection.
