Remove group create notifications in favor of these respecting the GJ notification behavior

Description
These should just function like normal GJ notifications. So for example if GJ is set to send email then send email. CB Activity can then override or extend this behavior in the CB GroupJive notification params.
Specifically the following.
Activity > Create (Group)
CB Gallery > Create (Group)
CB Gallery notification can be removed entirely from CB Activity as CB Gallery itself will handle that in CB Gallery 3.0.
In addition to making this adjustment add integration parameters to specify the default values just like other GJ notifications. This will bring feature parity for all GJ notifications so they all behave the same and as expected.
