Description

This would allow access inheritance from external content. For example when media is uploaded to an article its access can be set into the media allowing the media to properly hide itself during querying. Right now this has to be done during server side aggregation and isn't ideal. If there's no object to inherit access from it should just inherit from the gallery it's being uploaded to.
