Description

Need to consider how to best implement this as a giant dropdown isn't acceptable so it either needs to be an ajax compatible dropdown select (select2) or some kind of modal window to select the album from a normal album rendering view. Select during generic share uploading will not be returning though. This is for strictly moving AFTER upload.

Implement a dropdown option for "Change Album" when viewing media that opens an album selector to move the media into. Don't implement album selection in the share window as it'd require a lot of ugly UX to accomplish and the more inputs there the more confusing it becomes.
