Hardcoded username and password validation character lengths

Description

The validation character lengths for username and password are hardcoded and ignore field settings when below a pre-set minimum such as 6 characters for password and 3 characters for username.

This is fixed with the new validation method. Won't fix in the current one.

Actually, password hardcoding in backend has been removed. In frontend it's joomla-hardcoded too.
