In backend new user edit pressing cancel is alerting "Plugin must have a name" when in single-name mode

Fixed in r839 .
But still a bug when clicking save, it saves into php even if JS doesn't validate.

Commit r840 : Fixed that additional bug: In backend new user edit pressing submit was alerting then still attempting to save
reason was old javascript code was still active for that Save new user icon, in addition of new one.
