When editing profile with a textarea editor that has been set to allow privacy controls no privacy controls are visible.

All fields except Text Editor Area are functional. Text Editor Area is non-functional due to missing icons function usage.

Confirmed bug in CB and not privacy plugin. Patch addresses missing icons usage for editor fieldtypes.
