Description

Users are wanting to provide their members with the ability to select language or timezone without the ability to select editor, etc... Providing the user parameters as multiple fields would resolve the issue or at the very least a parameter to disable certain features such as Editor.

Won't be relevant in CB 3.0 since user params are just Joomla user fields. With CB 3.x we'll be using Joomla user component, but extended, so this won't be relevant.
