Leaving open as with [firstname] is not replaced correctly in emails, and also that there is no pause/restart buttons and test email in the writing window.

r1105 fixes substitutions (was reason to leave open).

r1109 ; Added language strings for Pause, Resume and Send test email functions so translators can start:

Added already strings to language file:

Pause and Resume (between Done and ERROR!)
'Send me a test mail' (after Email Subject)
'Test email sent to %s' (before 'Waiting delay for next batch...')

However, still leaving open, because:

1) in CB core API, there should be <br /> 's at end of mail, otherwise, the "NOTE: This email was automatically generated from ..." gets appended to last line

2) searching for "@example.com" in email address does not validate email in search mode in jquery validate mode used in emailing.

1) r1120 fixes Do not send standard footer for mass-mails

2) r1121 fixes Searching email with invalid-email search-strings makes sending Email not work

Still keeping open, because:

3) the advanced search auto-firing is a pain: 2 buttons are needed at top and bottom to fire.
