Description

When using DIV instead of Table layout the avatar is no longer centered due to the specific class cbavatar_tr not added. A new class of say cbavatar_div needs to be appended and also to be centered in the template CSS files. Is none-issue if intended. Seams would need a lot of CSS specific to the avatar to remove the paddings, the fieldvalue width (70%), and more.

Reviewed closer and doesn't seam necessary. Table display uses a "temporary fix" as noticed inside the source on line 876. Seams not necessary to push to DIV display where admins can add CSS to display how they see fit.
