J1.6: setting page title appears to not function
Description
Setting page titles via API does not seam to function anymore with Joomla 1.6.x. Still functioning fine and as expected on Joomla 1.5.x. This results in viewing a profile the title being the menu link alias/name instead of the users username or whatever the name format is configured to.

Committed in r1428, but putting J1.6 as first trial to set title, as it probably works in J1.5 too.
