Description

Seen in latest release of Kunena you can subscribe to a top level category; these are not showing in the subscriptions on the forum tab. Nor does unsubscribing from all unsubscribe from those categories.

Changed to feature as is completely different database table and needs to have an entirely new use case with parameters added.
