PHP Mailer failing to function
Description
PHP Mailer once worked fine in CB 1.7, but CB 1.7 it no longer functions on same installs that upgraded. Minimal changes were made between 1.4 and 1.7, review changes for likely bug.

Was not able to confirm. Usage between CB 1.4 and CB 1.7 has minimal changes (1 parameter moved to avoid duplicate code and API added for obtaining user object). The libraries remain exactly the same (SVN of CB has a new library, but it too functions). All tested on a users actual install as well as locally. Closing ticket.
