CB Menu message drop-down empty when no PMS and mailto link set
Description
With PMS plugin disabled and email set to mailto link and using CB Menu on profile instead of in CB Content module it results in the CB Menu > Messages being blank when it should be showing a link to the users email address as it does in CB Content when not using the Menu Bar display.

This is due to template CSS causing the SPAN to be hidden as the URL is encased in a SPAN as part of the anti-spam usage.
