If a user registers from a connect site and was given an @invalid.com address it should send them to a page to supply a valid email before logging them in. It'll do this indefinitely on each attempt to login so they won't actually ever login until they provide a valid email. Once stored it should re-execute the activate function so confirmation, etc.. emails will send. This will ensure users don't register with fake emails.
