CBTxt translation of field titles not functional

Description

Field titles can't translate through cbteamplugins and need to have defines. For example the "Notify Me" string in cbteamplugins used by CB ProfileBook fields does nothing when changed.

To be fixed in replaceUserVars and affect all usages (probably best approach) or in getFieldTitle to specifically fix for field titles only (will work, but then other usages remain same situation).

getLangDefinition should probably be updated to pass through CBTxt if string isn't defined.
