Description

If name display is set to First and Last, but Last is set to Read Only and you save profile edit on frontend then the Last Name value is lost. It should pull existing name, populate, then replace first and last name.

Name won't save if the name is null. So this issue only affects first, middle, or last name usage as 1 of 3 could be read only. However the read only fields value is not in POST so it causes the value to be lost entirely. The cbGetParam usage just needs to set the defaults to the current values to avoid this from happening.
