Implement parameter for image fields, name fields, etc.. to remove ALT/TITLE or customize it
Description
The ALT/TITLE text is forced on these fields and only way to remove it is to edit source. Implement parameters to edit flat out remove it or if possible provide a substitution supported field to supply custom values.

Don't see much need for this currently. Only the Avatar field forces alt/title to be formatted name display. All other fields use substitution supported field title.

This could still have its usages. After source review it should be pretty simple to implement as follows.
Dropdown: Normal CB Default, None, Custom
Selecting "Custom" will display a text field for them to supply a substitution supported ALT/TITLE.

Can now specify customized substitution supported image alt/title text or set it to not add at all.
