Clean up API usages and move generalized API to core CB then implement CB Blogs as the new core blog plugin. Keep its independent template system for better frontend editing of its output, but if possible implement this template function as a core template function (e.g. outputCbPlgTemplate).

When doing this set the Default usage to Internal instead of Auto or Joomla, etc.. this way it works immediately out of the box.
