Description

The dropdown calendar usage is the only usage that can't handle time. Update it to have time dropdowns when time variable is set. It will also need to use the new calendar so time selection can be made from the popup.

Review if the dropdown calendar usage can be replaced entirely by a new jQuery plugin. Possible plugin as follows.
