Description

Currently the params are confined to 40% width. This is very limiting to usage possibilities. Implement a tabbed display like Joomla has for module edit for example. This would give 100% width for configuration and parameters. This would help eliminate the need for custom config pages seen in various incubator projects.

We should not change for the sake for changing.

We can solve this with responsiveness, but it should by default on decent screens stay as is imho.

Changing widths to 50/50 and removing sidebar from j3.0+ as discussed. This appears to give enough room.
