Description

language.front and language.admin should both load cbteamplugins and language.all should load all 3. The reason is cbteamplugins stores plugin language strings and all CBTxt usage and language.front is loaded right in comprofiler.php like it should be, but it needs to ensure cbteamplugins also gets loaded instead of leaving it up to the plugin to do this.
