Implement registration pre-filling

Description
Currently registration is bypassed entirely. Implement pre-filling of registration with the social site data instead of simply bypassing registration. This will eliminate missing profile data and yet still allow them to login with their social site data easily. Remove the option to instantly register and bypass CB registration as it causes too many issues with incomplete profiles.
What it should do is automatically decide what's best. First it fills in the user object data then tries to validate normally. If the validation fails then it should send to a pre-filled registration page. If it passes then it should auto-register and login as normally.

You can select single sign-on or pre-filled for the mode. This is provider by provider based so some could be pre-filled and others be single sign-on. When pre-filled is used it'll populate the user object and POST with social site data then render the registration form as if you navigated to it directly. The provider field will display and provide a link to the profile that's about to be linked (if it can't it provides the provider id) so they know what provider and what profile exactly is about to link.
