When you've multiple tools open they have no separation. Review adding simple CSS based horizontal bar or a fieldset.

Also remove the auto searching when making changes to a select or any other search input. This makes if very annoying to complete multiple search criteria as you have to keep waiting after each change for the page to load. Just do the same as Batch Tools and include a search button.
