Implement new static left/right positions that show on all tabs. Current left/right should only show if current tab is active. If both positions are used then display the dynamic position when first tab is active then show the static position when any other tab is active. Tabs jQuery may need to be updated to let the parent know the index so this could be done with purely CSS or be done with minor jQuery in the template.
