CBSubs missing _form_cbsubs_plans

Description

CBSubs has its own XML parsing with custom _form_cbsubs_plans, but when using CB 2.0 CBLib the type is missing. This causes CBSubs Fields Tabs Protection to be unable to display plans selector.

A possible fix could be to parse legacy extends for form type if it can't find it in CBLib.

MR !484 fixes this bug for old CBSubs GPL 3.0.0 only.

MR !484 does not fix CBSubs git version. That will be made in next CBSubs version. Thus leaving this tracker open for now as a reminder only.

This was fixed in CB 2.0.0 for CBSubs GPL 3.0.0.

Adding different tracker #4779 for CBSubs GPL 4.0.0.

Thus can close this one for CB 2.0.0.
