CBSubs subscription tab not shown in fronend profiles

Description

Install CBSubs GPL 3.0 on CB 2.0 RC3 (latest build) and I cannot get the Subscription tab to appear in frontend.

Did the same exact steps on a CB 191 install and it worked there.

On a clean CB 2.0 RC3 site install CBSubs GPL and publish it and create a single plan.

The plan does appear on registration form, but it does not show up in existing profiles in backend and the entire subscription tab is not shown in frontend profiles.

Check all parameters and they look ok.

Fixed in MR !486 : Was plan access usergroup default not being "Public".
