CBSubs upgrade button fatal error
Description
Installed CBSubs 3.0 on CB 2.0 RC3 and tried to upgrade to a plan in frontend clicking on the Upgrade button in the Subscription tab on a user profile.
Getting:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method CBLib\Registry\Registry::loadPaymentItems() in /Users/nick/Documents/JOOMLAPOLIS/DEV/SITES/TEST2/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/plugin/cbsubstax/cbsubs.tax.php on line 1153

MR !499 should fix this bug hopefully.
(there is still an unrelated bug for paying with dummy gateway form redisplaying without error displayed, but it's a separate issue)
