IE: Tooltip content max-height calculation wrong

Description

When calculating the max-height it's not calculating correctly in IE for the qtip content. This causes a scrollbar to appear and sometimes content being cut off.

This calculation probably doesn't even need to happen for standard tooltips. Its purpose is basically for Modal usage.
