Old Gallery fields still shown in CB User Manager field filter

After upgrading to CB Gallery I can still see the old profile gallery fields listed in the field drop-down selector in CB User Manager.

CB Gallery isn't responsible for this. Uninstalling a plugin doesn't remove its fields. Field Management should expose those fields once their plugin or tab is missing, but seams to be bugged. See #5127.
