Popup calendar usage not storing
Description
The popup calendar usage isn't storing. This is without the dropdown usage. It's likely due to recent UTC conversion implemented into jQuery or a formatting problem sense this usage doesn't use a hidden input.

This is due to the calendar not firing the on change event.
