Description

When installing CB over an existing CB that has a plugin with CBLib files it causes those files to be deleted. Specifically if you've CB Activity installed, which installs library files, then you install CB those files are now gone.

Instead of re-installing the library files the library files should install to a CB specific directory so it's not affected by Joomla behavior.
