Remove conditional others
Description
Conditional others is causing a lot of problems for the condition checking and its reliability is a problem. This will also cause conflicts when and/or usage is implemented. Remove it entirely for purely conditionals self. Then implement migration in an install script to migrate the conditional others to conditional self usages.
