Description

Tools don't have confirm dialogs, which means accidentally running user sync or sample data can happen. They should all have confirmation to avoid accidental usage.

Sample Data and Canvas Layout both have confirm dialogs. Synchronize Users should have a confirm dialog. The others don't need a confirm dialog as they don't run fixes, but run checks and the fixes are separate usages.
